Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional Garnishes

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup extra shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil, then sear the thinly sliced steak until browned on both sides. Remove the steak and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then scrape the pan to deglaze. Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded provolone. Let it simmer until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet. Stir until everything is well-coated in the cheesy sauce. Top with extra cheese and let it melt before serving.
