  • 3/4 cup water lukewarm
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup San Marzano tomatoes blended into sauce
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella torn into pieces
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
