Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces turkey cutlets thinly sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
Optional Garnishes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 whole lemon cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Place the turkey cutlets in a shallow bowl with flour. Lightly coat both sides and shake off excess.
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. Dip the floured turkey cutlet into the egg mixture until fully covered.
Transfer the cutlets to a plate with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Press both sides firmly to coat evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the cutlets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the skillet and let rest on a paper towel-lined plate. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
