Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces turkey cutlets thinly sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil for frying

Optional Garnishes

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 whole lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Place the turkey cutlets in a shallow bowl with flour. Lightly coat both sides and shake off excess.
  • Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. Dip the floured turkey cutlet into the egg mixture until fully covered.
  • Transfer the cutlets to a plate with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Press both sides firmly to coat evenly.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the cutlets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the skillet and let rest on a paper towel-lined plate. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
